Obviously produced at Ravensburger, as some of the components and the plastic box insert have the exact 1979 "Hare and Tortoise" form, this is a rather dull dice-driven game made from a publisher of German yellow press and TV magazines. Theme of the game (title translates to "The game around 15%") is the run of four advertising agencies "for 15%" of their customer's budget. High-quality game components, but very little fun mainly coming from event cards like: "You have totally misunderstood the briefing, return to square one.".
